Standard shipping
Standard domestic shipping is ₱200, with free standard shipping for orders of ₱2,500 and up. Available delivery methods, charges, and the final order total are shown in secure checkout.
Your delivery
Use a complete delivery address and reachable phone number. Once your parcel is dispatched, use the tracking information in your shipping confirmation to follow its progress. Courier transit begins after dispatch.
Same-day delivery in Sta. Rosa
Chá Wù arranges local delivery via Lalamove. Contact us to confirm the delivery fee and availability before placing your order. Please do not book a rider yourself.
Order changes and returns
For an order change, cancellation, or return/refund request, contact us with your order number. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, include photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and explain the next steps. Contact us before sending items back.
